Training

Bread + Butter provides culinary arts students the hands on training they need to be successful in the hospitality industry. We teach students to be chefs, leaders and positive members of their community.

Placement

Our team has the experience and relationships needed to place students in meaningful mentorships within the hospitality industry. We provide restaurants with staff, and students with careers driven by passion.

Community

Bread + Butter is committed to meeting the staffing needs of Charleston’s hospitality community by providing those most in need of jobs with the skills to be successful not only in our industry but within the community at large.

Drive

Bread + Butter is passionate about hospitality. We want to create staff who share that drive and commitment to serve. We do this by connecting students with dedicated mentors in our community.
